We reserve the right to accept or decline service to clients based on availability, scope, and compatibility with our training structure. We generally work with professionals in B2B, B2C, SaaS, enterprise, and corporate sales environments. Prospective clients must be at least 18 years old.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Send or facilitate the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized promotions.
- Try to obtain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

3. Service Engagement
All services, including online courses, live workshops, coaching sessions, and corporate training, are offered based on a service agreement. By booking a training session or buying a course, you agree to follow the terms outlined in any accompanying service documents.
Trainer availability and schedules may change. We will confirm bookings in writing and supply all required documents or onboarding instructions.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Service costs are explained before you begin. Payment terms are:
- Courses and Online Training: Full payment is required upfront unless stated otherwise.
- Corporate Programs and Workshops: 50% deposit needed to confirm the booking; the rest must be paid before the training date.
- Coaching Sessions: May be billed per session or package; terms will be given at booking.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved options. Late payments may incur a fee or lead to the suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate details during onboarding and training assessments.
- Be punctual for scheduled sessions.
- Actively participate and complete any assigned tasks.
- Do not share course materials or internal documents with others unless we give written permission.
Sales Training London is not accountable for outcomes if the training is not applied or followed as recommended.
6. Confidentiality
We handle all client information shared during services with strict confidentiality. Any private data, internal operations, or personal details disclosed to us will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Clients also agree not to share or distribute our internal training content, methods, or materials without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials given during training—including but not limited to scripts, methods, video content, and handouts—remain the intellectual property of Sales Training London.
These resources are for the client’s personal or in-house use only. You may not copy, share, or use any part of the materials for commercial use without our prior written permission.
8. Cancellations and Terminations
Client Cancellations:
- Online Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted.
- Workshops/Coaching: Cancellations made over 7 days in advance get a full refund minus admin fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the session will have a 50% cancellation charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Termination by Us:
We may end any service if:
- The client does not follow these Terms.
- Payments are not made as agreed.
- The client displays abusive or unprofessional behavior toward staff or trainers.
Any unpaid fees remain due in case of termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sales Training London is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that occur from using or being unable to use our services or website. While we aim to provide useful sales instructions, we do not assure specific business results, income growth, or career improvement.
In any case, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.
10. Data Protection
Your data is handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We only collect personal data necessary to carry out our services. We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information.

11. Governing Law
