With over seven years in sales and business development, Alex combines practical sales execution with commercial planning and entrepreneurial experience.

He has worked across sectors including med tech, fintech, AI, e-commerce, beauty, logistics, and digital marketing. Starting in door-to-door sales, he moved through roles as an SDR and sales executive before launching his own SaaS company.

That journey gave him direct exposure to building sales functions from zero to revenue-producing systems.

Mel oversees the full delivery cycle of events, managing everything from initial consultation through to execution and follow-up. Her approach combines operational control with strong client communication, ensuring each project runs to plan.

She has delivered events for major brands including WWE, Nike, Vodafone, and KPMG, covering corporate functions, branded campaigns, private events, and large-scale activations.

Her role extends beyond delivery. Mel contributes directly to business growth through client acquisition, content generation for marketing, and identifying opportunities across services such as PR and SEO.

Her focus is on building a complete service experience that clients return to repeatedly.

Deepak Shukla is the founder of Pearl Lemon Sales and the force behind one of the UK’s most performance-focused sales teams.

With a background at Deloitte and multiple business ventures, he developed a system that consistently generates over 1,000 inbound leads per month.

Deepak remains closely involved in training and performance management, working directly with closers to maintain high standards across the team. His approach centres on accountability, fast testing of ideas, and measurable outcomes.

Under his leadership, the team has closed deals ranging from $600 to over $75,000 across industries, including SEO, PR, and property.

His focus remains simple: build a sales operation that produces consistent results at scale.
