How to read this
The model deliberately counts only win-rate improvement on opportunities you already create. It ignores deal-size growth, shorter cycles, faster ramp for new hires and lower attrition — all of which training also affects — so the number above is a floor rather than a forecast. Use a conservative uplift figure: a relative improvement of ten to twenty per cent is a defensible planning assumption for a well-designed programme with manager reinforcement.
