We are a London-based sales training company delivering across the United Kingdom and into EMEA — on-site where the team sits, virtually where it does not, with the same facilitators and the same frameworks throughout.

In detail

Sales Training Across the UK

Our home is London, but a large share of our delivery happens elsewhere: Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Reading and the Thames Valley, and at client offices and offsite venues nationwide. For organisations with several UK sites we run a common curriculum across locations so the language, the qualification standard and the coaching rubric are identical wherever a rep is based.

Programmes are built the same way regardless of location: a diagnostic on real calls and pipeline, a curriculum written around your buyers, workshop delivery, then a reinforcement period with manager coaching.

EMEA Sales Training and International Teams

If your company is headquartered outside the UK and runs a British or EMEA commercial team, the training problem is rarely just skills. It is usually messaging written for a different market, managers coaching across time zones, and no local standard for new hires to copy.

We work with overseas revenue leadership to fix all three: UK and European buying norms built into the messaging, in-person delivery for the local hub with virtual cohorts for other countries, scheduling that overlaps with your headquarters hours, and reporting written for leaders who will not be in the room. Cohorts can be run in English across multiple European markets while keeping regional nuance in the roleplays.

Delivery Formats

On-site workshops at your offices. Cohort programmes at our London base. Virtual cohorts for distributed and remote teams. Live deal coaching between sessions. Manager enablement tracks. Multi-cohort rollouts sequenced over quarters for larger populations — described in more detail on our enterprise sales training page.

Sales Training Delivered Across the UK

Most of our work starts in London, but the teams we train are rarely all in one building. A typical engagement covers a head office cohort, a regional field team and a handful of remote sellers, and the programme has to work equally well for all three. We deliver on-site anywhere in the UK, virtually in short high-intensity blocks, or as a blend: a full-day in-person kick-off followed by shorter coaching sessions that fit around live selling.

On-site sessions run at your offices, at a venue near your team, or at our London base. Virtual sessions run in ninety-minute blocks rather than full days, because attention on a video call collapses long before a workshop does in a room. Whichever format you choose, the content is the same and so is the standard of coaching.

Regional Delivery: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

Teams outside London often get the leftovers of a training budget: a generic e-learning licence, or a trainer flown in once a year. We treat regional teams as first-class. Field sellers covering large territories need different habits from an inside team sitting together — call planning around drive time, disciplined pre-visit research, and follow-up that survives a week on the road. Manufacturing, logistics, construction and professional services teams across the Midlands, the North, Scotland and Wales get a version of the programme built around those realities rather than a London SaaS template.

Training UK Divisions of International Companies

A large share of UK sales teams report into a headquarters in the United States, continental Europe or Asia. That creates predictable friction. Messaging written for a US buyer lands as pushy in the UK. Global enablement decks assume a sales cycle and procurement process that does not exist here. Managers coaching across five time zones cannot listen to live calls. And new UK hires ramp by copying whoever sits nearest, which sets the standard by accident.

We work directly with overseas revenue leaders to fix this. That usually means translating the global playbook into UK-appropriate language and cadence, running the training in a time window that works for both HQ and the local team, and leaving the UK manager with a coaching routine they can run without waiting for headquarters. Where the UK office is the beachhead for EMEA expansion, we build the programme so it can be repeated for the next market.

EMEA and Multi-Country Rollouts

For teams selling across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we design programmes that keep one commercial standard while allowing for local difference. The qualification framework, deal review structure and forecast language stay identical across markets so leadership can compare like with like. Opening lines, objection handling and negotiation posture adapt to each market, because a direct German procurement conversation and a relationship-first Gulf conversation do not respond to the same script.

Rollouts run cohort by cohort with a fixed curriculum and a shared measurement framework, so by the end every country team is working from the same playbook and the same definitions.

Formats and Programme Structures

Single-day workshops work for a specific skill gap: objection handling, discovery, negotiation. Multi-week programmes work when behaviour needs to change permanently — typically a diagnostic, three to six sessions spaced across weeks, live call coaching between sessions and a manager track so the change survives after we leave. Onboarding academies work when hiring volume is high enough that every new starter needs the same ramp.

Most UK-wide engagements run as a multi-week programme with regional cohorts, because spaced practice with real deals in between is the only reliable way to change selling behaviour.

What a UK-Wide Engagement Looks Like

We start with a diagnostic: recorded calls, a sample of live opportunities, a look at your CRM stage definitions and conversations with two or three managers. That produces a short written assessment of where revenue is actually leaking — usually in discovery or in the middle of the funnel, rarely where leadership assumes.

The programme is then built around those specific gaps, delivered to cohorts by region, and reinforced with manager coaching sessions. At the end you get the playbook, the call frameworks, the scorecards used to assess reps, and a recommendation on what to train next.
